On Thursday I delivered a salad mix order to The Noodle Guy market restaurant in Port Williams. Friday we went for lunch and had PHENOMENAL pasta with our salad (really, the dressing made it!). My lunch was ravioli with quark and caramelized onions... Mmm!!
Next weekend I am at the farm, leading a garlic harvest and helping Ross with a garlickly noodle lunch as part of TapRoot's Garlic Harvest Weekend.
Good relationship... We sell salad, we eat delicious pasta that keeps us going so we have the energy to grow more salad! Ross's creations are incredible-- The only time I've ever had pasta this good is in Italy!
